About Us

Hello,

We are marshall and Beverly Mays, owners of MFC II HVAC & Electric and Mays Framing Consultants II, Inc.    We are pleased to have Master Electrican Jay Jennings and electrical helper James Kemmer in our employment.   We are also pleased to have Kelvin Johnson, Sr. as our lead HVAC installer, and Casey Maynard as our secretary/receptionist.  We are very proud of our employees.  They are honest, reliable, and exceptional at their jobs.

We are committed to integrity, honesty, and fine workmanship.  We guarantee all work and complete all work to our customers satisfaction.

Our Business

We have 32 years experience in the construction field.  We started our own business in 2001.  We started with our commercial wood framing company and in 2007 we opened our HVAC and Electrical company.   We felt a void in this area after we were approached by several businessmen to discuss the possibility.  The rest as they say is history!
